Terms of service

Last updated: 8 August 2026

All my tours is a platform, not a tour company. Your booking is an agreement between you and the guide. We don't run the tour, take the money, or hold either side to what you agreed — we pass the request along, send the emails, and stay out of it. If a tour is cancelled, disappoints, or the price turns out to be different, that is between you and your guide.

1. What All my tours is

All my tours (“we”, “us”) is a booking platform operated by Michal Acler, Stepní 346, Pouzdřany, Czechia. We give independent tour guides (“guides”) a public page to list their tours, and let travellers (“you”) book a tour directly with a guide.

We are not a tour operator, travel agency, or intermediary acting on anyone's behalf, and we are not a party to your booking. The contract for the tour — what is included, what it costs, when it runs, what happens if either side cancels — is formed directly between you and the guide, on the terms the two of you agree. Our role begins and ends with passing the booking on and keeping both of you informed about it.

2. Guide accounts

Guides are independent businesses, not All my tours employees or agents. Each guide is responsible for the accuracy of their tour listings, their own pricing, and complying with any licensing, insurance, tax, or safety requirements that apply to guiding in their location. All my tours does not vet guides' qualifications or insurance before their page goes live.

3. Bookings, payment & cancellations

Booking a tour sends a request (or, for group departures, confirms your spot instantly) to the guide. Confirming a booking is the guide agreeing to run it — not us agreeing on their behalf, and not a promise from us that it will happen.

No money passes through All my tours. We do not process, hold, refund, or guarantee any payment. The price on a tour page is information the guide entered; what you actually owe and how you settle it — cash on the day, a transfer, a deposit, anything else — is arranged directly between the two of you, outside this platform. We have no visibility into whether, when, or how much you paid, so we cannot confirm a payment, chase one, or refund one.

You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking at any time before the tour's start time, free of charge, using the cancellation link in your confirmation and reminder emails. A guide may decline a request or cancel a confirmed booking; if they do, you owe nothing to All my tours. Any arrangement you make directly with a guide outside the app (deposits, cancellation fees, and so on) is between the two of you — we are not a party to it and cannot enforce it.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details when booking, show up as agreed (or cancel with reasonable notice), and treat guides respectfully. Don't use the booking form to send spam, harassment, or fraudulent requests.

5. Reviews

After a tour ends, we email you a link to leave a rating and review. Reviews should be honest accounts of your own experience. A review from an email address that matches one of the guide's bookings is published automatically; others are held for the guide to approve before appearing publicly. A guide may take any review off their page, but reviews are never deleted outright — this keeps the moderation history intact.

6. What All my tours costs

Using All my tours is free for travellers, always — we add nothing to the price a guide sets and take no booking fee. Guides may be charged a subscription for the platform; during the current early-access period that charge is waived, and we'll give notice on this page and by email before that changes.

7. Liability

All my tours provides the booking platform only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for anything arising out of a tour or the agreement behind it, including: whether the tour runs at all; its safety, quality, accessibility, or accuracy of description; a guide's licensing, insurance, or tax position; a no-show by either side; any payment, deposit, refund, or extra charge agreed between you; injury, loss, or damage during a tour; and any other dispute between a traveller and a guide. Those are matters for the two of you, and neither of you can bring them to us to settle.

We also don't promise the platform itself is uninterrupted or error-free — emails can be delayed or filtered as spam, and a calendar sync can fail. If a booking matters, confirm it with your guide directly.

Where we are liable despite the above, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for travellers is always nothing, since we charge travellers nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove a guide's page, or decline to process a booking, if we believe it violates these terms or the law. A guide who wants their account and page closed can email support@allmytours.com and we'll delete it, along with the data described in the Privacy policy. There is no self-service delete button yet.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Consumers can also take a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement, free of charge.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use All my tours after a change means you accept the update.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms go through the support form, which reaches the same inbox and tells us who you are before you start typing. If you'd rather write directly, we're at support@allmytours.com.
