About All my tours
A booking page that independent tour guides own outright, built by people who have spent more than a decade close to this work.
Why we built it
Independent guides are excellent at leading tours but poorly served by the software meant to help them run their businesses.
Their usual options are agency platforms built for tour operators with back offices, generic scheduling apps that know nothing about tours, or marketplaces that take up to a third of every booking while keeping the traveller relationship for themselves.
None of that fits a one-person business. All my tours is built specifically for them: your own page showing your tours, prices and live availability calendar, with travellers booking directly with you and no commission taken on any booking.
Who is behind it

All my tours was founded by Mike Acler. Since 2013 he has worked in travel from the traveller's side, most visibly as the publisher of an independent city guide to Barcelona, the kind of site people read while planning a trip, follow on Instagram, and email with the questions a traditional guidebook never answers.
Answering those emails for over a decade meant running a small, self-run business with the same shape as a guide's: information checked first-hand rather than copied, the same practical questions answered hundreds of times over, maps and guides built that travellers actually use, and every part of it carried by one person. It also put him in regular contact with the guides those readers went on to book, where the same complaint kept coming up: the tools they used to take bookings were working against them.
Out of that grew Your Barcelona Guide, a commission-free directory of more than 1,600 officially licensed Barcelona guides where travellers contact guides directly. Building it meant getting the licensing rules, the languages, and the way guides present themselves right at scale, and it made that gap in their booking tools impossible to ignore. All my tours is what closed it.
How we know the work
Over a decade close to independent travel. Publishing for travellers and running a self-managed travel business since 2013, not a season of it.
We build with working guides. We are in touch with guides who lead private and small-group tours for a living. They help us review each major feature before it ships and tell us where we get things wrong. We stay open-minded and listen carefully to all feedback.
The research is public. Our Guides section carries a country-by-country breakdown of guide licensing law, walking-tour pricing formulas, and the real commission maths behind the big marketplaces. It is the same research that shapes the product.
A European company. All my tours is built and hosted entirely in the EU. Your guests' data stays on European servers under the GDPR, so you can answer a privacy question straight and stay compliant with all the paperwork. Beyond the practicalities, we believe in Europe's digital sovereignty: the software European guides run their livelihood on should be built and governed here, not rented from a platform that can change its terms overnight.
The team
Behind All my tours, there is a small product team working closely with the tour guides. Staying small is deliberate. It keeps us close to the people using the product, and lets us ship fixes in days, not quarters.
What stays true
- No commission on bookings, and no plan to add one. We've been trying hard to find other ways to monetize our product than by taking a cut from the guide's work.
- We don't sit between a guide and their guest. All enquiries, communication, contacts, payments and reviews belong to the guide.
- No lock-in. If you decide to leave us, you can easily export all your tour information, bookings data and your contacts.
